Live Draw System
Exactly How The Main Draw Works
The 0–9 Wheel
Main draws use a physical spinning wheel numbered 0–9. The wheel is spun once for each digit needed to create the final winning ticket number.
If a competition uses three-digit ticket numbers, the wheel is spun three times. If it uses four-digit ticket numbers, it is spun four times.

Important Draw Rules
Each spin is separate, so duplicate digits can happen naturally.
Draws are intended to take place at the scheduled date and time shown on the competition page.
Serious technical, legal, safety or operational issues may require action.
If an invalid number is generated, the draw is fully re-spun live.
If the final number matches a sold or validly allocated free-entry ticket, that ticket holder wins, subject to verification.
If the final number is unsold or unallocated, no customer winner is selected unless the competition page says otherwise.
Re-Spin Rules
Invalid Results
If 000, 0000 or another zero-only number is generated and it is not a valid ticket number, the full draw is re-spun.
If the generated number is above the ticket range for the competition, the full draw is re-spun.
If there is a clear technical or procedural issue during the draw, the operator may re-spin live.
All re-spins are intended to happen live and form part of the official draw process.
