RouletteRaffles Legal
Terms &Conditions
Last updated: 17 June 2026. These Terms govern use of RouletteRaffles, account access and participation in competitions hosted on the platform.
1. Operator
Roulette Raffles is the promoter and operator of competitions available through the RouletteRaffles website.
Operator: Roulette Raffles
Address: 63 Pulman Close, B97 6HR, Redditch
Email: rouletterafflessupport@gmail.com
2. Acceptance Of Terms
By creating an account, reserving tickets, purchasing entries, using a free entry route, using rewards or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not enter competitions or use the website.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years old or over to create an account or enter competitions. By entering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that participation is lawful in your place of residence. We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity and eligibility before awarding any prize.
4. Account Rules
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You must not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, discounts, referral credit, free entries or ticket limits. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, automated activity or breach of these Terms.
5. Nature Of Competitions
RouletteRaffles operates promotional prize competitions and draws with a paid entry route and a free entry route where stated. Competitions are not intended to be gambling products or lotteries. Each competition page will show key details including prize information, ticket price, ticket limit, draw date and any specific conditions.
6. Paid Entry Route
Paid entries are made by selecting tickets, reserving those tickets, and completing payment through Stripe checkout. Tickets are only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and the website has processed the order.
7. Free Postal Entry Route
Where a free entry route is available, users may enter by post without purchasing a ticket. Free postal entries must be sent to Roulette Raffles, 63 Pulman Close, B97 6HR, Redditch. Each free entry must clearly include the entrant's full name, date of birth, email address, contact number, postal address, the competition title, and the requested ticket number or a clear request for a random available ticket. Free entries must be received before the relevant draw date and time. Late, incomplete, illegible, bulk, automated, duplicated or incorrectly addressed entries may be rejected. Valid free entries are treated on the same basis as paid entries once processed.
8. Ticket Reservation
Selected tickets may be reserved for a limited time, currently 120 seconds. A reservation does not guarantee ownership of tickets unless checkout is successfully completed before the reservation expires. If checkout is not completed in time, reserved tickets may be released and made available to other users.
9. Checkout And Payment
All online payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full card details. If a payment fails, is cancelled, is reversed or is not completed correctly, entries may not be confirmed. Stripe may apply its own terms and checks to transactions.
10. Ticket Confirmation
After successful checkout, confirmed ticket numbers should appear in the user's My Tickets page and may also be emailed to the user's account email address. Users are responsible for checking that their email address is correct and that confirmation emails are not filtered into spam or junk folders.
11. Discounts, Daily Spins And Referral Credit
Discounts, daily spin rewards and referral credit are promotional features. They may be subject to availability, limits, account checks and anti-abuse rules. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. We may refuse or remove discounts, spin rewards or referral credit where we reasonably suspect misuse, duplicate accounts, fraud or technical abuse.
12. Instant Win Prizes
Some competitions may include instant win prizes. Where instant wins are available, details will be shown on the relevant competition page or promotion material. Instant win prizes are separate from the main draw unless stated otherwise. Eligibility, claiming and verification rules may apply.
13. Draw Date And Time
Each competition is drawn at the date and time stated on the competition page. Draws are intended to take place regardless of whether all tickets have been sold. We will only delay or change a draw where reasonably necessary due to serious technical failure, legal requirement, platform outage, safety issue or other event outside reasonable control.
14. Live Draw Method
Main draws are conducted live using a physical wheel numbered 0–9. The number of spins matches the number of digits required for the competition ticket format. For example, a three-digit ticket competition uses three spins and a four-digit ticket competition uses four spins. Each spin produces one digit of the final winning ticket number.
15. Duplicate Digits
Duplicate digits can occur. Each wheel spin is treated as a separate random event, so the wheel may land on the same number more than once. Duplicate digits do not invalidate a draw unless the final result triggers a re-spin rule.
16. Re-Spin Rules
If an invalid number is generated, the draw may be re-spun live. Invalid results include 000 or 0000 where this is not a valid ticket number, a number outside the competition ticket range, or any other result clearly impossible under the stated ticket format. Re-spins are conducted live and form part of the official draw process.
17. Sold Ticket Winner
If the generated winning number matches a valid sold or validly allocated free-entry ticket, the holder of that ticket is the winner, subject to verification, eligibility checks and compliance with these Terms.
18. Unsold Or Unallocated Winning Number
If the generated winning number corresponds to an unsold, unallocated or invalid ticket, no customer winner will be selected for that draw unless the competition page states otherwise. In such cases, the prize may be retained, withdrawn, carried forward, re-offered or used in a new competition at the operator's discretion.
19. Draw Transparency
Draws may be streamed publicly on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. Recordings may be saved, clipped, reuploaded or used as a transparency record. Technical issues with a streaming platform do not automatically invalidate a draw if the operator can reasonably verify and record the draw outcome.
20. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the email address or contact information linked to their account or entry. Users are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate. We may also publish limited winner information such as first name, general location, prize, ticket number or draw result for transparency and promotional purposes, unless restricted by law.
21. Claiming Prizes
Winners must respond to prize notification and complete any reasonable verification steps within 60 days of notification. If a winner does not respond, fails verification, is under 18, is ineligible, breaches these Terms or cannot lawfully receive the prize, the prize may be forfeited.
22. Prize Delivery And Cash Prizes
Prize delivery arrangements will be agreed with the verified winner. Cash prizes may be paid by bank transfer or another secure method. Physical prizes may be delivered, collected or arranged directly with the winner. We may require identity, age and payment verification before releasing any prize.
23. Prize Descriptions And Substitution
We aim to describe prizes accurately. Images may be for illustration unless stated otherwise. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may offer a reasonable alternative, cash alternative or replacement prize of similar value where appropriate.
24. Refunds
Entries are generally final and non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by law or where we identify a verified duplicate payment, technical error, cancelled competition or other issue that reasonably requires correction. Refund requests should be sent to rouletterafflessupport@gmail.com.
25. Cancelled Or Failed Competitions
If a competition cannot proceed due to technical, legal, operational or other serious issue, we may cancel, suspend, amend or re-run the competition. Where appropriate, affected users may receive a refund, credit, replacement entry or other fair remedy at the operator's discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
26. User Conduct
Users must not abuse the website, interfere with ticket systems, attempt to manipulate checkout, reverse-engineer APIs, use bots, create duplicate accounts, submit false details, harass staff, submit fraudulent payments or otherwise act unfairly. Breach of this section may result in account closure, entry cancellation and refusal of prizes.
27. Technical Issues
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for entries delayed, failed or lost due to user internet issues, device problems, third-party outages, payment provider issues, email filtering or events outside reasonable control.
28. Limitation Of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or statutory rights that cannot be limited. Subject to that, RouletteRaffles is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, technical disruption or events outside reasonable control.
29. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of entry will generally apply to that entry unless a change is required by law, security, fraud prevention or platform operation.
30. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
31. Contact And Complaints
Questions, complaints, refund queries and prize claims should be sent to rouletterafflessupport@gmail.com. Please include your account email, competition title, ticket number where applicable and a clear explanation of the issue.
