How The Draw Works

Transparent Wheel System

1

Competition Confirmed

The host confirms the competition title, ticket format and draw details before the live draw begins.

2

Entries Locked

Paid entries and validly processed free postal entries received before the draw deadline are included.

3

Wheel Spins Begin

A physical 0–9 wheel is spun once for each digit needed to create the final ticket number.

4

Result Checked

The final number is checked against the valid ticket range and allocated ticket records.

Official Procedure

Wheel Method

Point 1

The draw uses a physical wheel numbered 0–9.

Point 2

One wheel spin creates one digit of the final ticket number.

Point 3

A three-digit competition uses three spins.

Point 4

A four-digit competition uses four spins.

Point 5

Digits are read in the exact order they are drawn.

Point 6

Duplicate digits can happen because each wheel spin is separate.

Official Outcome Rules

Valid Result Rules

Rule 1

If the final number matches a valid sold ticket or validly allocated free-entry ticket, that ticket holder is the winner, subject to verification.

Rule 2

If a zero-only number such as 000 or 0000 is generated and that is not a valid ticket number, the draw is fully re-spun live.

Rule 3

If the final number is outside the competition ticket range, the draw is fully re-spun live.

Rule 4

If there is a clear technical or procedural issue during the draw, the operator may re-spin live to protect draw integrity.

Rule 5

If the final number is unsold, unallocated or not held by a valid entrant, no customer winner is selected for that draw unless the competition page states otherwise.

Rule 6

If no customer winner is selected due to an unsold or unallocated result, the prize may be retained, withdrawn, carried forward, re-offered or used in a new competition in line with the Terms.

After The Draw

Verification

Step 1

The result is recorded and may be clipped or reuploaded as the transparency record.

Step 2

The winner is checked against ticket records before any prize is released.

Step 3

Age, identity, account and eligibility checks may be required before a prize is awarded.

Step 4

The winner will be contacted using the account or entry details provided.

Step 5

Prize claim rules and time limits are set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Step 6

If a streaming platform fails but the operator can reasonably verify and record the draw outcome, the draw may still stand.

Free Entry

Postal Entries Included
